Praise, Honor, and Glory are Yours, Lord Jesus Christ
“Whenever two of you on earth agree about anything you pray for,

For where two or three come together in my name,
I am there with them”

What is a Charismatic Prayer Meeting?
A “Charismatic Prayer Meeting” is a weekly gathering of Christians in a community to give praise, thanks, honor, and love to God on a one-to-one basis, as the Holy Spirit moves us.
A prayer meeting is not a discussion club, a therapy session, or a time for counseling. We come to give our full attention to Jesus – through the help of the Holy Spirit (who will teach us all truth)
A Prayer Meeting Has Two Purpose
To praise, worship, and honor God
To build up the Body of Christ (as brothers and sisters)
What Should I Keep in Mind When Attending Prayer Meeting
1. Holy Rosary
Charismatic members have great devotion to Mary, the mother of Jesus and the spouse of the Holy Spirit.
2. Prayer for Deliverance
This time the community is praying and asking to the Father to make the place of prayer meeting holy thus free from all evil spirits including all members attending the meeting
3. Singing of Gathering or Praise Songs
Singing is way of praying, praising, and worshipping God.
Why do we sing?
Christ’s message is all its richness must live in your hearts. Teach and instruct one another with all wisdom. Sing psalms, hymns, and sacred songs; sing to God with thanksgiving in your hearts. –
Do not get drunk with wine, which will only ruin you; instead, be filled with the Spirit. Speak to one another with words of psalms, hymns, and sacred songs; sing hymns and psalms to the Lord with praise in your hearts. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, always give thanks for everything to God the Father. – Eph 5: 18-20

How Can I Grow Spiritually?
First, submit yourself to the Lordship of Jesus in prayer, and talk to God as your loving Father who wants to teach you. Take time to listen for God to respond to your prayers.
Second, take time everyday to read the Word of God, the Bible, to learn about your Father and the love of Jesus for you, and to learn who God says you are as part of His son Jesus.
Third, act on the new understanding you get from your prayer and Bible reading. (See Mt. 18:19-20)
Finally, submit yourself to God to become a part of a prayer meeting where other people are seeking spiritual growth as you are. Apply yoursefl to learn through attending the teaching that offered, and God will do the rest.
